These beads can be used for numerous reasons. As just beautiful body decor, as a mindful tool to track progress health and fitness wise, and some use them for spirituality reason(certain colors mean certain things). Don't worry all the colors I have are positive energy and vibes.
How to: Place beads around hips or waist where you want them to fall(may want to give a little slack, for when you have to sit). Tie a knot three time taut. Cut excess string off(tip: can use excess for bracelets or anklets). The ends of the string can be left alone to eventually ravel inside the bead holes and not be seen, you can burn ends, or you can put a small amount of super glue on ends. I recommend leaving it.
These are not elastic, so they are not for taking on and off. You do everything in them. If you want them off, you will cut them off and they are then done(trash em).
